{"id":1317,"date":"2019-04-30T20:37:14","date_gmt":"2019-04-30T18:37:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cgfm.fr\/cgfmwp\/?p=1317"},"modified":"2019-04-30T20:45:32","modified_gmt":"2019-04-30T18:45:32","slug":"retour-sur-le-marathon-dannecy-14-04-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cgfm.fr\/cgfmwp\/retour-sur-le-marathon-dannecy-14-04-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"retour sur Le Marathon D&rsquo;Annecy ( 14 \/04\/2019 )"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cgfm.fr\/cgfmwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/index-1.jpg\">\u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1318\" src=\"https:\/\/cgfm.fr\/cgfmwp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/index-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Un nouveau Marathonien au club\u00a0 :<\/strong><strong>\u00a0TRISTAN<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>Bienvenue au club !<\/p>\n<pre class=\"moz-quote-pre\"><em>C\u2019est donc \u00e0 Annecy que j\u2019ai choisi de d\u00e9buter en marathon dans un cadre idyllique puisque le parcours longe le lac !\r\nLa m\u00e9t\u00e9o a \u00e9t\u00e9 cl\u00e9mente et c\u2019\u00e9tait donc l\u2019id\u00e9al... le premier semi s\u2019est tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9 je n\u2019ai pas vu les kilom\u00e8tres d\u00e9filer vu l\u2019ambiance !\r\n\r\nA partir du 25me c\u2019est devenu difficile j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 a me sentir mal et \u00e0 avoir du mal a m\u2019alimenter !\r\n\r\nMon objectif \u00e9tant d\u2019aller au bout j\u2019ai altern\u00e9 marche et course, passage au 30me km en 3h mais toujours en souffrance .\r\n\r\nJe continue en marchant de plus en plus et en trottinant les km sont longs mais je vais la m\u00e9riter ma m\u00e9daille !\r\n\r\nJe termine mon marathon en 4h48 et tr\u00e8s heureux !
